Quick Start

StageList is a live performance tool for bandleaders. Import a setlist, manage it from the list view, and control what every band member sees from the stage view.

Step 1 — Create Your CSV

Your setlist needs to be a CSV file with these columns:

title, key, category, singer, type, notes

• title — song name
• category — Warm Up, Dance Set, Extras, etc.
• singer — use | to separate multiple (Tim|Chantelle)
• type — for special songs only (First Dance, Hora, etc.)
• key and notes — optional

💡 Use AI to Convert Your Notes

Have a setlist in Notes, Google Docs, or a text file? Paste this prompt into Claude or ChatGPT:

Convert the following setlist into a CSV with columns: title, key, category, singer, type, notes. Category should be the set name (Warm Up, Dance Set, Dinner, Extras, etc.). For special songs like First Dance, Hora, or Parent Dances, put the occasion in the 'type' column and leave category blank. If multiple singers share a song, separate them with |. Leave key blank if not specified. Output only the CSV, no explanation.

Step 2 — Import & Set Up

Tap ＋ Import New CSV, name your setlist, and you're in the list view. From there:

• Edit song titles, singers, keys inline (tap ✏)
• Drag ⠿ to reorder songs or whole sections
• Add Event Info — timeline, bridal party, key contacts
• Add Special Songs (⭐) for first dance, hora, etc.
• Build your Repertoire (🎵) for on-the-fly song additions

Step 3 — On Stage

Tap ▶ Stage to enter performance mode:

• Tap anywhere on the screen → mark played, advance to next
• ↩ — mark current song unplayed
• ⭐ — pull up a special song (broadcasts to all devices)
• 🔍 Search/Add Next — call an audible mid-set
• 📢 — send a message to the whole band
• 🖼 — logo break mode between sets
• 📡 — copy the broadcast URL for band members' devices

Band Devices (Slave Mode)

Share the broadcast URL (tap 📡 or find it in the 📊 dropdown) with your band members. They open it on their phone or iPad — it shows the current song in real time, updates automatically, and has a 📋 Info button with the full event timeline and contacts.

Tips

• Save this page to your home screen (Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen) for a full-screen app experience
• Your data is stored in the cloud — open on any device and it's all there
• Export a backup CSV anytime from the 📊 dropdown in list view
• Multiple bandleaders can have the app open simultaneously — it stays in sync
